That depends. Standard, small issues are resolved within hours and in many cases within 4 hours. If the issue is larger, more complex, or there are options to resolve the issue, we’ll contact you to see which direction you would like to go. No issue is too big for us to handle.

Of course! You can upgrade, downgrade, change and cancel your plan in any way you’d like. You’re not tied to a long term agrement with us. Just email us at [email protected] for assistance.

For clients who are on monthly services, your credit card will be automatically billed each month, for the amount of your plan agreement. All plans and services are originated as a quote, so you’ll have your services in writing. We prefer to remove any guess-work when it comes to how you’re serviced and you should always know what to expect! We endeavor to earn your business each and every time!

We accept all major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress and Discover. After signing up, and agreeing to monthly recurring services, your card will be charged the only agreed-upon amount each month on the day that you signed up.

We’re a global team, but our main offices are in Rochester, NY. As a point of reference, that means most days and communications are centered on US Eastern Standard Time.

While most of our clients include website hosting packages that include time to make monthly edits and updates, some prefer to use our services a-la-carte. For those clients, a block of 2, 5 or 10 hours are available to be purchased and tracked. Once purchased, these blocks remain active for up to 6-Months from the date of purchase for any standard WordPress and website update on our list of services.

If its a WordPress issue, we can handle it! To help ensure we keep all of our customers happy, we will request a concise lists of edits and updates. If your list is lengthy or complex, you can expect a response by phone or email to your requests. Larger, more complex projects can be addressed when properly prepared. in these cases, developer hours are quoted and do require sign-off at a fixed price per hour. We’ve got you covered!

Of course! While our monthly support plans are dedicated to just one website, you’re welcome to sign up to multiple accounts if you have two or more sites. This is a request we hear more and more often now and we’re familiar with working on multiple sites for a single client under 1 set of “block hours”. We’re in business, too and understand your need for efficiency.

Most often we complete tasks on the same business day, most within 8 hours. If you request a task over the weekend, we generally take care of it on Monday morning unless it’s deemed urgent.

We’ll be sad to see you go and if you need to cancel we’ll handle your request in a timely and professional manner. Service Agreements are written with a standard 30-day written notice.

We’re very happy to welcome you aboard and yes, we have an on-boarding process. First, we’ll complete the paperwork and package quote; Check your details and then activate your account. Once your details are verified, you’re welcome to submit your first job. We aim to start working on solving your problem on the same day you sign up.
